Tolo currently provides free-to-air services to viewers in 14 cities in Afghanistan, and we intend to continually expand our reach within Afghanistan.

Tolo provide satellite TV services to the entire region on Eutelsat SESAT2 (or Express AM22).

Satellite coverage details for Tolo TV are as follows:

When you tune your satellite receiver to the right frequency above, please note that you will get a choice of TWO services:

1. Service ID 1 (TOLO) and
2. Service ID 2 (LEMAR).

If you want to watch TOLO, you need to choose Service ID 1 or TOLO and then for the language, choose ENGLISH. The GERMAN language option will give you ARMAN FM.

بنده از برنامه های تلویزیون طلوع در افغانستان دیدن میکردم
اما مدت ۹ ماه میشود به کشور جرمنی ذندگی می کنم
من هر کاری می کنم نمی توانم تلویزون طلوع را روی ماهواره Express تماشاه کنم
من بسیار کوشش کردم هتا دیش کلان هم خریدم باز هم نتیجه نداد
خوب ایا امکان دارد که ما تلویزون طلوع را تماشاه کنم

آقایون محترم ، تخنیکران بارسالت طلوع!!؟ ازیکماه بدینسو تلویزیون طلوه در اروپا پیوسته بدون آواز پخش می گردد. بتاریخ 31 اکتبر آواز نداشت. ساعت هشت و نیم شب آواز بازگشت. امروز اول نومبر از ساعت 11 صبح تا بحال که شش و نیم شام است بازهم آوز قطع شده. اگر حال تلویزیون شما برهمین منوال باشد ترسم که تعدادی زیادی بیننده را ازدست بدهید. امیدوارم که هرچه زودتر این معضله حل شود. باحرمت

سلام! از مدت یکماه بدینسو تلویزیون طلوع هر دوسه روز برای 24 ساعت آوازش قطع می شود. امروز 31 اکتبر که دور چهرم ستاره افغان شروع می شود، بازهم طلوع بدون آواز است. خواهشمندیم هرچه زودتر در رفع دایمی این نقیصه بکوشید.

سلام مجدد خدمت مدیران طلوع
امروز شروع از برنامه بامداد خوش صدای تلویزیون طلوع از طریق انترنت صاف و واضح شنیده نمی شد،چیز جالب این که صدای گوینده ها مخشوش بود ولی گزارش های شنیده می شد به همین ترتیب صدای گوینده خبر های پشتو صاف بود ولی گزارش ها بهتر شنیده نمی شد. برنامه بانو و به تعقیب آن برنامه پشتو درست شنیده می شد.
اما شروع از برنامه هاپ تا برنامه دهلیز ها که من تماشا کردم صدا کاملا خراب شد.

این معلومات را به خاطر نوشتم تا بتواند در درست کردن مشکل فنی که وجود دارد شما را کمک کرده باشد. به نظر من نشرات شما در امریکا مشکل آواز دارد.

Dear Tolo TV Admin,
It is true that Russian Satellite provider (Eutelsat SESAT 2/Express) is cheaper however there is no quality. I have contacted most of my friends in EU but none of them has the Eutelsat SESAT 2/Express except those who live under the USSR territories. If you have your TV on Hotbird, it would be superior and considerate for all Afghans reside in EU.
